Supplied as a SDK Kit or Subscription, CEinside® includes a collection of building blocks (or components) which can be assembled into a web or client server-based application using standard, off-the-shelf development environments such as Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Visual Studio.Net, and Delphi. The components are standard ActiveX and COM-based controls which can be tightly integrated with another application’s graphical user interface (GUI) and business logic to provide your customer with a look and feel similar to your application. Unlike other toolkits on the market today, which are merely a collection of software libraries and function calls, or require the entire ID-application to be embedded; CEinside® open, modular, re-usable component architecture ensures that you don’t have to rebuild your entire application if a third party peripheral or software application changes. The end result for you is a project that is delivered on time, on budget and is easy to maintain!

The CEinside® components can be used to design badges, manage ID information, capture images, capture and search biometrics, and print/encode cards. CEinside® also utilizes open standards to exchange data with other systems and add virtually any type of biometric identification tool. In fact, new biometrics can be “plugged in” without having to change your application code – simply code your application once and support the latest biometric devices and matching/searching technology. Other open interfaces are available to plug in custom image capture devices, card printer encoders, and bar codes – all without having to change your application code! In fact, CEinside is so easy to use that some of our customers have added ID functionality into their application and QA’ed within one man-day.
